Authenticity sits at the heart of everything we do at EBV London. Every piece in our collection is guaranteed 100% authentic, and we stand behind every bag we sell with a lifetime authenticity guarantee.

How we source

Our bags are sourced exclusively from established, vetted business-to-business suppliers operating globally, all of whom trade under strict anti-counterfeit legislation and provide full traceability for the pieces they supply.

In-house authentication

Every bag that comes through EBV London is hand-inspected by our in-house team, who specialise in archival luxury and the houses we curate from. Each piece is carefully scrutinised against:

·       Craftsmanship — stitching, leather quality, finishings, and overall build.

·       Hardware — weight, engraving, finish, plating, and original branding.

·       Date codes and serial numbers — verified against era-specific reference materials.

·       Material signatures — leather grain, canvas weave, hardware finish, and interior linings.

·       Construction details — house-specific markers that distinguish each maison.

What you receive

Each bag is dispatched with:

·       Where supplied, the bag's original authenticity card, date code documentation, dust bag, and any original packaging or receipts.

·       A tamper-evident EBV London security tag.

Our lifetime authenticity guarantee

If, at any point following your purchase, a bag bought from EBV London is independently determined to be inauthentic by a recognised authentication service (such as Entrupy, Real Authentication, or Authenticate First), we will refund the full purchase price — with no time limit.

To make a claim, simply email info@ebvlondon.com with your order number, the bag, and the authentication report. We will then guide you through the refund process.
