Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter into a legally binding contract to purchase from EBV London.

Products

All items sold by EBV London are pre-owned. As vintage and pre-loved pieces, each bag carries the natural patina of a previous life — minor signs of wear are part of their story. Anything more substantial is documented within the "Size + Condition" section of each listing. Product images are intended to be as accurate as possible; however, slight variations in colour may occur depending on your screen.

Each bag is a unique, one-of-a-kind item. Stock is limited to one piece per listing unless otherwise stated.

Pricing and payment

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices may change from time to time but the price applicable to your order is the one shown at the point of checkout.

Payment is taken in full at the time of order via our secure payment providers. We accept all major credit and debit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Klarna, and Clearpay.

Formation of the contract

Once you place an order, you will receive an automated order confirmation. This is an acknowledgement only — a binding contract between you and EBV London is formed when we dispatch your order. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, for example where an item is mispriced, out of stock, or where we suspect fraudulent activity. In such cases, we will refund any payment in full.

EBV London is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or otherwise connected to any of the fashion houses whose pre-owned pieces we sell. All trademarks, logos, and brand names remain the property of their respective owners.

Our liability

We will not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or economic loss arising from your use of our website or the products you purchase. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

Events outside our control

We are not responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to courier delays, customs hold-ups, strikes, severe weather, or technical failures.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on our website at the time you place an order is the version that applies to your purchase.
