Shipping Policy
EBV London ships worldwide via our shipping partner DHL.
Dispatch times
Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days of payment, Monday to Friday. Orders placed over the weekend or on UK public holidays will be dispatched on the next working day. You will receive a dispatch confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order is on its way.
UK shipping
· £7.50, or free on orders over £150.
· Delivery typically takes 1-2 working days from dispatch
· A signature is required at the point of delivery
International shipping
· Europe £15 or free on orders over £150, typically 2-4 working days from dispatch.
· Rest of world cost based on location, typically 3-7 working days from dispatch.
· Final shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery address
Customs, duties, and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and handling fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price of the bag or shipping. We recommend checking with your local customs office for an estimate before placing your order. Refusal to pay customs charges, resulting in an item being returned to us, will be treated as a return under our Refund & Returns Policy, with outbound and return shipping costs deducted from any refund.
Delivery delays
Once your order has been dispatched, delivery times are the responsibility of the courier. While delays are rare, they can occasionally happen — particularly around peak periods or through customs. If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us at info@ebvlondon.com and we will help track it down.
Incorrect addresses
Please double-check your delivery address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders sent to addresses you have entered incorrectly. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, the original shipping cost is non-refundable and you will be responsible for the cost of re-shipment.
Lost parcels
All of our shipments are fully insured. In the unlikely event that a tracked parcel is lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible and we will open a claim with the courier and arrange a full refund.
