Refunds + Returns

Every EBV London bag is carefully sourced, hand-inspected, and quality-checked before it leaves us. We want you to feel completely confident in your purchase — and where something isn't right, to know exactly how we'll put it right.

Returns within 14 days

If your bag isn't right for you, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided all of the following conditions are met:

·       The bag is returned in the exact condition in which it was received, with no additional signs of wear, marks, or scent.

·       All accompanying items are returned, including the dust bag, authenticity card (where supplied), and original packaging.

·       The EBV London security tag remains attached and intact. Returns cannot be accepted if the tag has been removed, tampered with, or broken.

·       Return shipping is arranged by you using a fully tracked and fully insured service. We strongly recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery (UK) or DHL Express (international). We cannot be held responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.

·       Refunds are processed within 5 working days of receipt and inspection, to your original payment method.

 

How to start a return

Email us at info@ebvlondon.com within 14 days of delivery, quoting your order number. We will reply with our return address and confirm next steps. Please do not post any item back to us without contacting us first.

If your bag arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described

Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photographs of the issue. We will arrange a free return and offer a full refund or, where possible, a replacement — whichever you prefer.

Returns received in reduced condition

Every bag is photographed in detail prior to dispatch. Returns are inspected on receipt against these images. Where a returned item shows signs of additional wear, damage, scent transfer, or is missing any of its accompanying components, we will contact you with comparison photographs and offer one of the following:

·       A partial refund, with a deduction reflecting the loss in resale value (typically between 30% and 70% of the purchase price, depending on the severity of the change in condition).

·       Return of the item to you at your cost, with no refund issued.

Where a returned item is received in materially poor condition — including but not limited to broken hardware, significant marks or stains, removed or tampered security tags, or removal of accompanying components — we reserve the right to refuse the return in full and return the item to you at your cost.

These provisions reflect Regulation 34(9) of the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, which permits deductions where goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature and condition.

Authenticity guarantee

Every bag sold by EBV London is guaranteed authentic. If at any point an item purchased from us is independently determined to be inauthentic by a recognised authentication service (such as Entrupy, Real Authentication, or Authenticate First), we will refund the full purchase price — with no time limit. Sale items

Items purchased during sale or promotional periods are returnable under the same terms set out above, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the product page.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
