Originally introduced in the 1950s as the "Fifties Constance," this silhouette was famously renamed "The Jackie" after Jackie Kennedy was frequently photographed carrying various versions of the bag. While it became a hallmark of 1960s fashion, the bag was famously revitalized by Tom Ford in 1999. Ford’s reimagining replaced the original rounded lock with the sleek, industrial piston clasp seen here, modernizing the icon for the new millennium. This specific iteration, featuring a vibrant turquoise nylon paired with high-shine gold leather, is a definitive example of early-2000s high-octane glamour, blending utilitarian fabrics with the luxurious, "darkly glamorous" finish that defined Ford's transformative tenure at Gucci.

Gold metallic leather trim is in good condition but shows signs of surface marking and light scratching throughout.
Base of bag carries a more prominent mark on the lower left — clearly visible in the product imagery.
Leather trim around the opening shows signs of cracking.
Leather strap has developed a natural bend with age and shows obvious signs of creasing.
All metal hardware and piston closure are in very good condition.
Interior lining is in good condition with minimal signs of use.

Once your bag is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it from our hands to yours. We ship worldwide; international buyers may be liable for import duties or taxes levied by their destination country at the point of arrival.

If your bag isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returns must be sent back in the exact condition received, with all accompanying items (dust bag, authenticity card and packaging where supplied), and with the EBV London security tag attached and intact. Return postage is arranged by you using a fully tracked and insured service — we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK or DHL Express internationally.
