The Monogram Miroir collection was one of Marc Jacobs’ most audacious moves as Louis Vuitton’s Artistic Director. Debuted for Holiday 2006, it applied the house’s most recognisable motif to high-shine metallic PVC — deliberately, provocatively not leather. The result: a waiting list, celebrity frenzy (Paris Hilton, Kim Kardashian, Lindsay Lohan), and a collection that has since entered museum collections; the V&A holds a Miroir Speedy as a design artefact.

The Bellevue GM sits at the extreme end of Miroir rarity. For the opening of its new Canton Road flagship in Hong Kong on 16 March 2008 — at the time the largest Louis Vuitton store in Asia and outside Paris — the house produced two colourways of the Bellevue and split them across its two Hong Kong locations: gold sold exclusively at Canton Road, silver sold exclusively at the Landmark store in Central. Each store, one metallic, no crossover.

Size + Condition

Material: Metallic silver PVC (Polychlorure de Vinyl) embossed with the LV Monogram pattern, silver-tone hardware, and grey textile interior lining.

Features: Mirror-finish embossed LV Monogram PVC body in a structured tote silhouette, dual flat PVC top handles, top zip closure with silver-tone pull, gold-tone Louis Vuitton Paris logo plaque at centre front. Interior finished in grey textile lining with interior patch pockets.

Condition: Good

This bag presents in good pre-owned condition. The mirror PVC body retains strong reflectivity and overall presents well; wear is noted as follows:

Exterior body is in good overall condition with only mild signs of use; general wear is subtle and not immediately noticeable.
A small area of distortion to the PVC is present at the bottom left corner near the connection seam; this is a minor flaw and is visible in imagery.
Base of the bag is in good condition with no obvious damage.
Base seams show light signs of wear and light surface wear to the PVC at the seam edges, consistent with regular use.
Flat PVC handles show more evident creasing consistent with storage; the PVC has softened and folded at the handle. This is characteristic of the Miroir PVC material with age and does not affect function.
Interior grey textile lining is in very good condition with only very light signs of use.
Interior pocket shows very light signs of use.
Original material documentation card and booklet present.

Once your bag is on its way, you'll receive a tracking link by email so you can follow it from our hands to yours. We ship worldwide; international buyers may be liable for import duties or taxes levied by their destination country at the point of arrival.

If your bag isn't quite right, you may return it within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Returns must be sent back in the exact condition received, with all accompanying items (dust bag, authenticity card and packaging where supplied), and with the EBV London security tag attached and intact. Return postage is arranged by you using a fully tracked and insured service — we recommend Royal Mail Special Delivery within the UK or DHL Express internationally.
